In order to improve the efficiency of rock roadway mining, relative practice and innovation of Xin’an Mine was taken as example, test - induction—improvement process was applied, with concise elaboration for the result. The result showed that the technology applied in medium deep borehole smooth blasting, machines on rock and construction process, with good effect. Medium deep borehole smooth blasting technology was convenient for anchor-plate retaining and reduced the damage to surrounding rock, improve the stability of roadway, adaptable machanized line was adopted based on different section and roadway, which could improve mining speed and effect, the use of scoop loader and temporary waste rock bin could improve loading efficiency of coal and gangue, shorten the working time of working face and realize mining and support simultaneously.
