Based on the geological condition of Cixi Mine more than 1 000 m auxiliary shaft, two auxiliary shaft hoisting system optimization design plan was put forward, parameters contrast result in the two plan were analyzed, console model hoisting set was settled as hoisting equipment, the checking of wire rope, elevator selection were conducted, hoisting system kinematics speed, accelerated speed graph and auxiliary shaft two cage hoisting longest time shift time sheet were given, the computation result showed that the hoisting system design corresponded to coal mine safety regulation and met the needs of mine production.
