Tongxin Mine in Datong was taken as the example, the support design of fully mechanized working face was analyzed, ZF15000/27.5/42 top coal caving hydraulic support was finally chosen. The practice result showed that the support basically met the needs of fully mechanized working face roof management of the mine and ensured the efficient and safe production.
