In order to improve the coal mine enterprise human resources work and comprehensive ability of coal mine workers, the importance of human resource management to coal mining enterprises development was discussed. Based on defects of human resource management in coal enterprise, problems in human resource management was deeply analyzed, people first principle was set up in human resources working. The analysis result showed that human resources working played an important role in coal enterprise, human resources working could improve coal enterprise develop well.
