Abstract Extractive industries listed companies were taken as the study object, financial data of Shanghai Stock Market Extractive industries listed companies in 2008~2012 was chosen, through building model and SPSS software, influencing factor of extractive industries listed companies return on assets was studied, according to the study result, countermeasures and advice of moderating scale control of the company was put forward to improve return on assets of the company.
