Abstract The original roadway support can not meet the needs of normal ventilation and production under the high stress soft broken surrounding rock, ventilation roadway of No. 13 area, Cixi No. 1 Mine of Fengfeng was taken as the example, the original support roadway broken feature was analyzed and evaluated, based on the high stress of the more than 1 000 m shaft, the anchor beam and U steel frame combined support was put forward, and with good support effect on the site, which provided technical reference for the roadway mining and maintenance.
