Abstract The connotation and theoretical basis about the integration of modern information technology and higher vocational chemical professional courses were expounded, and the present situation at home and abroad and the necessity of the integration were summarized briefly. New teaching mode and implementation way of the integration was explored practically. It showes that the integration of modern information technology and higher vocational chemical professional course can not only promote the construction of vocational college digital campus and improve the information level of teachers, but also arouse students' learning interests and cultivate students' comprehensive quality, which shows great significance.
