Based on the common fault of structures of hydraulic support, Xingtai Mine was taken as example, categories, reason and law of top beam, thrust structure, face guard and lapse lever were analyzed, the repair measures were put forward, which recovered the performance of hydraulic support, extended its life, reduced the production cost and improved safe production.
