Abstract Based on high inclination-angle working face stopping problem,Tangshan Mine Y252 working face was taken as example,roof rock breaking theory model and hydraulic support mechanical stability theory were adopted,combined with mine pressure observation on site,high inclination-angle working face,the distribution of the hydraulic support load in high inclination-angle working face was exposed,the stopping technology of high inclination-angle working face was settled,which provided technical guarantee for safe and efficient mining.
