Based on coal seam occurrence of Cixi No. 1 Mine, by analyzing the mining relationship between Cixi No. 1 Mine and Jiulong Mine, coal seam occurrence condition and ground equipment, two mining modes that independent exploration and joint exploitation were put forward. Through the comprehensive analysis from safety, economy and external relationship, using the existed exploration equipment of Jiulong Mine to explore Cixi No. 1 Mine could reduce investment risk and improve economic benefit.
