β-环糊精/KI催化二氧化碳与环氧化合物偶联反应研究

Abstract

The development of efficient, green, degradable and non-toxic catalysts for the coupling reaction of epoxides and carbon dioxide is still a very attractive topic. A catalyst system of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) / inorganic salt has been developed for the coupling reaction of carbon and epoxides. The effects of metal salts, reaction conditions and recyclability of the catalysts were investigated. The results demonstrated that carbon dioxide and epoxides had the coupling reaction to form cyclic carbonates with high yield at 150 ℃ and under 0.9 MPa , using KI as catalyst and the β-CD as co-catalyst and without solvent.
