Based on long-term operation with high energy consumption and insufficient artificial emulsion concentration of traditional emulsion pump station,  the energy-saving emulsion pump station automatic control protection device was introduced, and the composition and working principle of the device were discussed, which realized the online automatic detection control of emulsion pump station, improved the coal mine machinery automation with promoting significance.
