Abstract According to the strata behavior in No. 11 coal seam 2707 haulage entry fractured roof section of Jinhuagong Mine, such as large roadway deformation and support system damage, and in combination with actual engineering conditions, the roadway deformation factors were analyzed and high pre-stress truss anchor cable strengthened support technique was put forward and applied into practice. The results showed that the application of the high strength and high pre-stress truss anchor cable strengthened support program, the roadway deformation amount obviously decreased than before, and ensured the fully mechanized mining face advance in fractured roof entry section and guaranteed safe.
