With the application of bulk material management of coal chemical ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) as the research object, from many aspects of ERP management thought, prevention of cheating, simple operation, improvement of efficiency etc., some problems of the existing bulk material management system of Hebei Fengmei Coking Corporation Ltd. were analyzed, the advanced experiences of An’gang Company ERP system were introduced. It was pointed out that coal chemical enterprises should learn from the advanced An’gang Company ERP system technology and improve the existing bulk material management system in order to achieve prevention of cheating in bulk materials, simple operation and improvement of  work efficiency.
