Based on our country coal mine one million tons of high mortality compared with other coal producing countries, through analyzing the current situation of coal mine safety in our country, and combining the accident cause theory, several proposals for preventing the coal mine accidents were made in order to reduce coal mine accidents and improve the level of coal mine safety.
