Resource Integrated mine was influenced by mining history reasons, and gradually exposed in the engineering construction through the original coal mine goaf, brought some difficulties to mine construction. In the first phase of the shaft engineering construction process, would meet the original small kiln roadway or old goaf, the mined-out area due to the production time was too long, easy to cause the broken surrounding rock, the gas emission, water inrush, etc, in order to ensure the construction safety, the resource integrated mine construction engineering safety and smoothly through the roadway and goaf, this paper put forward some countermeasures, which had reference for the same type mine.
