In view of the fact that the original copper wash refining process in production of synthetic anmmia existed problems of high production costs and not beneficial to environmental protection ,the copper wash refining process of Hebei Jiheng Group Fertilizer Corporation Ltd. was substituted for high-pressure alcohol alkylation gas refining process by technological transformation. After the design and modification, the process could  achieve the goals of 'zero discharge'and no pollution,and the costs and energy consumption were also reduced. Simultaneously every standard of operation design index was met,the desired effect has been reached.
