Abstract The overhead passenger device is one of the main personnel equipment in the inclined roadway of coal mine, which has the characteristics of safety and high efficiency. However, the high-speed overhead passenger device has the problem of static upper and lower people in the middle of the large slope roadway, and the ordinary intermediate station is difficult to be arranged on the ramp. Based on this problem, a short-stroke static boarding and alighting device is studied. When people take the high-speed overhead passenger device and need to get off at the intermediate station, they can automatically realize the separation of the sling holder and the steel wire rope, and stop quickly on the limited length of the slide. People who do not need to get off the train in this intermediate section can pass through the intermediate station smoothly and without obstacles ; people who need to get on the bus in the middle station can get on the bus in a chair. The practical results show that the short-stroke static boarding and alighting device can meet the requirements of static boarding and alighting of high-speed overhead passenger devices on slopes and ensure production safety.
