Abstract With the progress of the selective hydrogenation of benzene, the catalyst gradually aging, and it is necessary to continuously regenerate the benzene selective hydrogenation catalyst. Gas chromatograph, gravimetric method and other analytical methods were used to analyze the factors affecting the selective hydrogenation of benzene were analyzed from the aspects of degreasing, oxidation treatment, and boiling treatment during the regeneration of benzene selective hydrogenation catalyst. After optimizing the catalyst regeneration process, the hydrogenation regeneration system cycle and the process of preparing new catalysts, the continuous long-period operation of the catalyst regeneration system is ensured, the loss of the hydrogenation catalyst is reduced. The catalyst consumption decreased by 10.8%, the yield of cyclohexene increased by 2.18%, and the hydrogenation effect was significantly improved.
