Abstract In order to study the hydrogen bonding of aprepitant emulsion for studying the stability of aprepitant emulsion. The near-infrared (NIR) spectra of arepidtan lotion with different concentrations (including test solution 1, test solution 2, test solution 3, test solution 4 and test solution 5) were studied respectively. The results show that the near-infrared absorption modes of Arepidtan lotion mainly include: νArepidtan lotion-1-NIR (9 000 ~ 6 000 cm-1) and νArepidtan lotion-2-NIR (6 000 ~ 4 000 cm-1), Sodium chloride will break the hydrogen bond between water molecules (test solution and test solution 2), while arepidtan lotion will further strengthen the hydrogen bond between water molecules (test solution 3, test solution 4 and test solution 5), and there is also a clever balance between them.
