Abstract The energy saving and consumption reduction transformation of public system should not be ignored in the " three changes linkage " of coal power enterprises. In coal-fired power plants, the coal conveying system is an important part of the entire power generation system. It has the characteristics of wide distribution and more dust. The energy-saving and environmental protection transformation of the coal conveying system has strong potential and significance. Based on this, the actual operation status of the coal conveying screening and crushing system of Wangqu Power Plant is analyzed, and the transformation scheme is studied. Through the design, development and application of a 1 000 t / h high-efficiency screening and crushing machine with a small height, the coal crushing system is separated from the closed gas film of the coal yard to avoid the dust caused by the pressure difference of the gas film, reduce the environmental pollution, avoid the secondary reverse transportation, secondary transportation and transportation pollution of the vehicle, save the transportation cost and auxiliary power, and achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection. The sieve does not occupy the area of the coal yard, which improves the utilization rate of the coal yard. It avoids the mixture of different coal types from entering the coal conveying system again, and improves the blending accuracy. The reliability of the equipment is improved by changing from single-channel crushing arrangement to double-channel crushing direct coal feeding.
