Abstract In order to solve the problems of cement as a traditional water control material, such as poor stability, poor impermeability, long setting time, low early strength, large material consumption, and the treatment of industrial solid waste such as granulated blast furnace slag powder and coal gangue. In this paper, through a large number of experimental studies, a kind of industrial solid waste based water prevention and control grouting material is found. This material not only meets the requirements of coal mine for impermeability, strength, toughness and setting time of water prevention and control materials, but also replaces cement with industrial solid waste, which reduces the cost and has high economic and environmental benefits.
