Abstract order to ensure the smooth mining of the 150505 fully mechanized caving face of No.15 coal seam in Maijie Coal Industry, the gas emission of the working face is predicted. By analyzing and studying the relative gas emission of coal cutting, coal caving, goaf and adjacent coal seams, the relative gas emission and absolute gas emission of 150505 fully mechanized caving face are calculated and predicted. According to the predicted value, combined with the relevant regulations, the gas control mode of ' single U ventilation + high drainage roadway extraction + roof and fracture zone drilling extraction ' was determined. Practice shows that the designed gas control scheme is scientific and effective, which ensures the safe and efficient mining of the working face.
