Abstract In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the mine ventilator and ensure the safe production of the mine, in view of the limitation of the complex production environment and conditions of the main ventilator in Fenxi Mining Mine, it is impossible to collect the real-time operation state of the main parameters in time and effectively. The modular programming design with PLC controller as the hardware core and DIP8011 system as the software core is used to assist the hardware detection design of temperature sensor, wind pressure sensor, vibration sensor, electrical signal detector and other devices, so as to realize the collection, analysis and processing of each command parameter and ensure the continuous and stable operation state of the ventilator. The practice shows that the designed on-line monitoring system of main ventilator in Fenxi mining industry can prevent accidents in advance, reduce the cost of equipment maintenance by more than 30%, and reduce the labor cost of 648 thousand yuan per year. The application effect is remarkable.
