Abstract Aiming at the problems of complicated operation, low intelligence and lack of coordination and linkage of ' three machines ' in fully mechanized mining face, the coordination control system is designed and applied. By optimizing the communication network of the system, designing and applying the coordinated control of the shearer and the hydraulic support, the ' three machines ' equipment achieves coordinated linkage and intelligent operation, reduces the investment of the ' three machines ' workers, reduces the safety risk, improves the production efficiency of the working face, realizes the safe, orderly and efficient production of the working face, and provides reference for other mines that follow the traditional coal mining technology.
