Abstract In order to solve the problem of heat waste of coal mine air compressor and improve the comprehensive energy utilization rate of air compressor, the centrifugal oil-free air compressor heat recovery + water source heat pump system is used to prepare bath hot water. Taking Dongpan Mine as an example, the process of air compressor heat recovery + water source heat pump system is used to solve the demand of 600 t/d bathing hot water in mining area and replace the original steam heating system. After calculation, the investment cost of the system is about CNY 3.2 million, the operation cost is CNY 6511 million, and the investment recovery period is 1.59 a. The centrifugal oil-free air compressor can be greatly recovered, and the economic benefit is remarkable.
