Abstract In recent years, the automation degree of coal mine electromechanical equipment has been continuously improved. In order to ensure the safe operation of equipment, it is necessary to effectively monitor its state to ensure that faults can be found in time and problems can be solved. Underground ventilation is a prerequisite for ensuring underground production. Fan is the main equipment of ventilation system, and its reliability is closely related to underground safety production. In order to ensure the reliability of the ventilation system, taking Bori Company as the research object, the PLC centralized control is used in the mine ventilation system, and the ventilation system scheme, hardware and software design are discussed. Practice shows that the centralized control system of the ventilator in this working face can effectively improve the control accuracy of the ventilator, reduce operating costs and improve work efficiency.
