Abstract The overall scheme of the trackless rubber tire vehicle scheduling system in Mugua Coal Mine is designed. The system is mainly composed of communication system, detection base station and scheduling center. The transmitting node installed on the rubber tyred vehicle transmits the signal outward at a certain frequency, and the receiving node installed in the roadway receives the signal, and transmits it to the dispatching center for analysis to determine the position and direction of the rubber tyred vehicle. Combined with the use of the signal lamp, the safety dispatching of the underground trackless rubber tyred vehicle is realized. The designed dispatching system was applied in Mugua Coal Mine, and achieved good results, achieved the expected functions, and ensured the driving safety of rubber-tyred vehicles.
