Abstract In order to improve the assembly quality and technical performance detection ability of permanent magnet electric roller and 1 140 V/660 V mine inverter, a product comprehensive test device composed of power supply system, measurement and control system, loading test bench and permanent magnet electric roller special test bench was developed. The hardware measurement and control ability of computer and equipment are combined, and the test control and data operation, analysis, processing, display, printing and storage are realized by software. According to the test data, whether the product meets the design requirements, the quality, and the improvement goal and direction can be judged.
