Abstract Hanglaiwan mine designed and applied nitrogen injection fire prevention technology measures in the mining area, and the application of this technology completely solved the problem of natural fire disaster in the coal seam. Combining with the basic characteristics of the coal seam in Hanglaiwan Mine, the selection of technical parameters of the nitrogen injection fire prevention technology program was analyzed, the calculation of nitrogen supply, conditions for the implementation of nitrogen injection fire prevention technology, nitrogen injection fire prevention process and method, nitrogen injection fire prevention effect test and safe air volume calculation were focused to summarize several aspects.
