| Experimental study on fracturing and penetration enhancement technology by point-type gas-phase fusion |

Abstract Liquid CO2 phase change gas explosion is a point-type gas-phase fracturing and penetration enhancement technology, which produces three-dimensional effect on coal body after blasting and can be used as a basis for judging the penetration enhancement effect of coal seam. In this paper, a study with a designed test platform was conducted to obtain the spatial and temporal evolution of the pressure drop after the gas explosion. The simulation results showed that the plastic zone formed an elliptical distribution along the axial direction of the blast hole, and the maximum blast radius increased by 20% and the blast volume doubled when the pressure reached 160 MPa and 200 MPa after gas explosion.
