In order to solve the problem of difficult mining of high gas and low permeability coal seam at the working face of Xiqu Mine, the integrated mining technology of gangue filling and collapse method was proposed, with 18202 comprehensive mining face as the engineering background, and the numerical simulation software was used to study the mineral pressure appearance and rock movement. The average value of the top plate stress decreased, and the average value of the stress of the top plate of the collapsed section also gradually decreased, and at the same time, under the premise of filling length, the height of filling was studied, and it was found that with the increase of filling height, the average value of the top plate stress of the filling section gradually increased, and the average value of the stress of the collapsed section decreased.
