Abstract In order to study the diffusion law of benzene leakage in hazardous chemical enterprises, this paper uses ALOHA software to simulate the benzene leakage process of an enterprise. By setting the scene of benzene leakage, and setting the corresponding benzene leakage parameters and environmental parameters in ALOHA, the change law of the threatened area and leakage source intensity of benzene leakage accident under this scenario is obtained, and the change rule of benzene concentration at the designated point. The results show that aloha software can better realize the simulation of hazardous chemicals leakage accident in specific scenarios, and provide auxiliary decision-making for emergency evacuation and rescue.
