Abstract In order to improve underground safety, the overall design of the safety monitoring system, hardware optimization and matching, and the selection and design of key instruments for this mine were carried out in Li Yazhuang Mine. The practice showed that the upgraded safety monitoring system had higher control function, stronger data calculation ability and safety alarm function, which can better realize the safety protection in the mine and achieve the expected effect.
