Abstract The cobalt was adopted by Shaanxi Weihe Coal Chemical Group (nutrient-laden), molybdenum CO sulfur resistant shift catalyst KC - 103 producted by Shandong Weifang nearbu kate new materials Corporation Ltd.. The catalyst and before using the technology of K8-11 catalysts were compared, and found the KC - 103 has better activity and active sulfur resistant shift catalyst stability, longer life. The result showed that the localization has made great progress of the shift cataly bed temperature, preventing the converter from exceeding the temperature and controlling the lower water-gas ratio are put forward to protect the activity of the catalyst and prolong its service life.
