Abstract In order to solve the problem of the Danyang Mine mining convergence tension, for the specific engineering geological conditions of the 3306 working face, on the basis of the original basic support, the FLAC3D numerical method was used to analyze the effect of different support parameters on the control of the deformation of the surrounding rock, the existing support parameters was optimized. The industrial test was conducted in the 3306 working face with the optimized support parameters, and the test results showed that the convergence amount of the two sides of the roadway was finally stabilized at 132.6 mm and the approximation amount of the top and bottom plate was finally stabilized at 226.1 mm with the optimized support scheme, which realized the safe and rapid mining.
