Abstract In order to solve the problem of blocking the heat exchanger tubes in the desalting cooling device of high COD salty wastewater combustion process, a scraper desalting scheme was designed. The results show that the application of this technology solves the problem of heat exchange tube blockage, realizes the rapid cooling of high-temperature flue gas, and effectively recovers the heat of high-temperature flue gas to produce steam.
