Abstract By adjusting the type and proportion of the catalyst, a silicate modified polyurethane (WG/PU) grouting material was prepared. The curing time and mechanical properties of grouting materials were determined, and the influence of catalysts on the mechanical properties of grouting materials was analyzed. The experimental results show that the curing time and the type of catalyst have a greater impact on the mechanical properties of the grouting material. The lower reaction activity and the trimerization catalyst will significantly improve the mechanical properties of the grouting material. When using the composite catalyst of ZR-70 and KAc was used, the bonding strength and compressive strength were 4.23 MPa and 61.70 MPa, respectively; when using the composite catalyst of A33 and DMP-30, the bonding strength and compressive strength were 3.14 MPa and 59.72 MPa, respectively.
