Abstract Based on the analysis of the low-temperature waste heat resources of Zhaogu No. 2 Mine, combined with the heating load required for winter air supply, the heating scheme of mine drainage + heat pump was designed. This solution was used to solve the annual operating cost reduction of wellbore anti-freezing compared with gas boilers by 1.1 086 million Yuan, with very obvious economic and environmental benefits, which provided a reference for similar projects.
