Abstract Taking the standard titration solution of 0.1 mol/L sodium hydroxide in GB/T 601《Preparation of Chemical Reagent Standard Titration Solution》 as an example, by establishing a mathematical model, the obtained uncertainty sources of analysis and measurement are reproducibility, electronic analytical balance, purity of reference potassium hydrogen phthalate, calibration volume, uncertainty component of the quantity value of potassium hydrogen phthalate, rounding off the quantity value of potassium hydrogen phthalate, rounding off the concentration of sodium hydroxide, the uncertainty is evaluated by combining the uncertainty components of each relative standard.
