Abstract Aiming at the optimization design problem of grouting drilling, a new grouting reinforcement method and process are given. Firstly, analyze the geological and hydrogeological conditions of the mining face, calculate the water inrush coefficient according to the water pressure of the aquifer, so the range of the grouting reinforcement section of the aquifer of the coal seam floor and the range of the aquifer refining section are determined. Then The plane drilling position in each drilling field is designed according to the grid method, which should be uniformly deployed. Cut the geological profile of each drilling hole in each drilling field, optimize the drilling azimuth and inclination angle considering the conditions of the plane and geological structure, and make the grouting on the working surface floor reinforcement layer and renovation layer has the best effect in both plane and profile. The case studies show that this method has a good effect.
