The heavy-duty scraper conveyor is a common mechanical equipment used in coal mining operations. Due to the poor underground working conditions, the heavy-duty scraper conveyor sprocket wear was more serious. Xinjing Mine SGZ630/80T heavy-duty scraper conveyor was taken as an example, the failure reason of the heavy-duty scraper conveyor sprocket was analyzed, and its instability form and material were studied.
