Abstract 1203 working face of Yushupo Mine in Ningwu, as a pressure-bearing mining face, in order to accurately grasp the water content of the coal seam floor, a reasonable water disaster prevention and control measures were formulated, and comprehensive geophysical exploration was carried out on the mining roadway to obtain the water-rich condition of the floor. Through theoretical calculations, numerical simulations and other methods, it was found that under the influence of geological structures such as faults, there was a large risk of water inrush from the working face and the floor of the goaf. According to this design, hydrophobic pressure reduction was the main, and the bottom plate was partially grouted and strengthened, without abnormal water inrush during the mining of the working face.
