Abstract The 1292 working face of Gequan Mine was a new area for mining with complex hydrogeological conditions. It was determined by the detection that there was a water passage in the area. In order to eliminate the hidden dangers of water damage, the integrated water drilling technology was used to explore and control the water channel of the cut-eyes, eliminate the hidden dangers of water damage, and ensure the effect of grouting reinforcement on the working surface. Practice showed that this comprehensive management realized the safe recovery mining of the working face under complex geological and hydrogeological conditions, and accumulated valuable experience for mining recovery and water prevention and control.
