Abstract Based on GuanDi Mine slip structure problems such as deformation of coal blocks and coal slip structure mouth plugging that often occur in the mine, by analyzing the working principle of coal eyes, the causes of faults were summarized, and structural improvement measures were proposed for two faults, this paper verified the feasibility of the improvement measures, reduced the slowdown of production schedules caused by the two types of failures and the safety issues of operators, and ensured the normal production.
