Evaluation of water abundance of coal seam roof based on EW-FAHP-GIS coupling

Abstract： Taking No.10 coal seam of Xuehugou coal mine as the research object, based on the analysis of the influencing factors of water abundance of coal seam roof, the vulnerability index model of water abundance of roof aquifer was established by using the comprehensive weighting method of entropy weight ( EW ) and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process ( FAHP ), and the water abundance of coal seam roof aquifer was evaluated based on geographic information system ( GIS ). The research showed that the main controlling factors of the water abundance of the roof aquifer of No.10 coal seam were the thickness of the aquifer, the brittle-plastic ratio of the rock layer, the coring rate of the borehole, the leakage of the borehole and the rock quality index, and the corresponding vulnerability index model was established. Based on this, the water abundance evaluation of K2 aquifer was carried out, and the water abundance zoning was divided, which provided a scientific basis for the formulation and implementation of the reasonable water prevention and control plan for the coal mine.
