Abstract： In order to solve the problem of poor dust removal effect of traditional spray dust removal system, the production situation of working face is analyzed, and the spray system of working face is optimized by using Venturi spray and water jet entrainment mechanism. The multi-point and multi-form comprehensive dust removal system of shearer spray + support spray + windshield curtain of working face is set up, and the dust removal effect is verified. The results showed that the dust removal efficiency of total dust and respirable dust was 92.03% and 91.12%, respectively.
