量热仪氧弹安全性能检验装置的研制

摘要根据JJG 672-2018《氧弹热量计》检定规程，氧弹热量计中的氧弹的安全性能应满足MT/T 737-2007《量热仪氧弹安全性能检验规范》的技术要求。为了解决市场上没有成套的检验装置的问题，通过对市场上主流量热仪氧弹的调研，研究并设计组装出可满足量热仪氧弹的整套检验装置，使用该装置对不同品牌的量热仪氧弹进行检验，通过对数据结果的分析，结果表明，该装置螺纹松动度、水压试验及稳定性等技术指标满足MT/T 737-2007《量热仪氧弹安全性能检验规范》的技术要求。

Abstract：According to the verification regulation of JJG 672-2018 oxygen bomb calorimeter, the safety performance of the oxygen bomb in the oxygen bomb calorimeter shall meet the technical requirements of MT/T 737-2007 specification for safety performance inspection of oxygen bomb of calorimeter. In order to solve the problem that there is no complete set of inspection device in the market, through the investigation of the mainstream calorimeter oxygen bomb in the market, a complete set of inspection device that can meet the calorimeter oxygen bomb is studied, designed and assembled. The device is used to inspect the calorimeter oxygen bomb of different brands. Through the analysis of the data results, the results show that the thread looseness of the device The hydraulic test, stability and other technical indicators meet the technical requirements of MT/T 737-2007 specification for safety performance inspection of calorimeter oxygen bomb.
