Abstract：The reconstruction of drug workshop is a common design content. Reconstruction project shall reasonably plan the overall layout of the workshop in combination with the actual situation of the original workshop. Combined with the specific example of a soft capsule reconstruction workshop, contents needing attention in the preliminary scheme design of this kind of workshop were analyzed and discussed from the design points of the overall layout of the workshop, the design of the total person/logistics of the workshop, the layout of the auxiliary room and the layout of the production area, so as to ensure that the workshop layout meets the use needs, meets the requirements of drug GMP, and can minimize cross-contamination， ensure smooth people and logistics， and improve the quality and efficiency of drug production.
