Explosion-proof rubber tyres are widely used in coal mine underground transportation systems. It is very important to ensure the safety of rubber tyres and improve their efficiency. Wangpo Mine was taken as an example, a set of mine explosion-proof rubber tire vehicle dispatching monitoring system was introduced, the structure and working principle of the system, the design of underground management substation and the software design of the system were explained in detail. The practice showed that the system achieved good results after being put into use, and met the real-time and reliability requirements, ensured scheduling monitoring management effect.
